Characteristics: Ruby color, intense in its youth. On the nose, aromas of fresh fruit (blackcurrant, cherry), touch of cinnamon. Round, assertive but delicate tannins

Storage: 3 to 7 years

Serving temperature: 14 - 17 °C

Food and wine pairings: Terrines and pâtés, frogs and snails, red meats in sauce, soft cheese
