Aging:  12 to 14 months in 228 liter barrels (100% matured in oak barrels, 30% of which are new)

Characteristics : Deep ruby colour. The nose reveals aromas of black fruit mixed with subtle spicy notes. On the palate, the tannins are supple, carried by a lovely freshness and a delicate delicacy.

Keeping : More than 7 years

Serving temperature : 14 - 17 °C

Food and wine pairing : Venison stew, pheasant, Normandy Camembert.
