Aging : 12 to 14 months in 228 liter barrels (100% matured in oak barrels, 30% of which are new)

Characteristics : A garnet-red colour with purplish highlights. The nose opens with aromas of red fruit, notably raspberry and cherry, accompanied by a few floral notes. On the palate, the attack is fine and greedy, carried by well-integrated tannins.

Keeping : 3 to 7 years

Serving temperature : 14-17 ° C

Food & wine pairing : Gougères, rare steak, bouchée a la reine.
