Characteristics: A beautiful red velvet dress. Animal, leather and black fruit notes. The amplitude and power in the mouth make the tasting very intense. A wine that will improve greatly over time.

Keeping: more than 10 years

Serving temperature: 14 - 17 °C

Food & wine pairing: Confit beef cheek, roasted duck breast, tagliatelle with truffles
